Description
The Email Etiquette module plays a key role towards digitalisation. It is specially designed in response to the growing concern that employees are not using their email effectively and appropriately. Since email is part of the virtual world of communication, many employees communicate in their email messages the same way they do in virtual chat rooms: with much less formality and sometimes too aggressively. Email etiquette offers some guidelines that all writers can use to facilitate better communication between themselves and their readers.

The content of the module will be covered as below:
1. Introduction and importance of emails.

2. How to write a simple email – 5 key points to remember when writing an email.

3. Dos and Don’ts in an email – important points to take note when writing an email.

4. Samples of good emails and summary – Few basic samples of emails for different situation and summary of the module.

With this, you will be fully equipped with the skills to compose a proper and effective email and also improves your communication skills with your clients and colleagues.
